Flame lights targets on fire. Burns them over time. Works great on creepers (they) explode while burning.
Messy, but effective.
Infinity saves arrows. You only need one in your inventory. No more scavenging after every fight.
Quick Charge is why crossbows aren’t trash. Level III cuts reload time to almost nothing. You’ll forget you’re using a crossbow at all.
Multi-Shot fires three arrows at once. Crowd control? Yes.
Accuracy? Not really. But sometimes you just need more arrows.
Piercing lets bolts pass through multiple mobs. Great for tight groups. Or when you misfire and still get lucky.
Unbreaking and Mending keep both weapons alive longer. I use Mending on everything that moves. (Yes, even bows.)
